SPITFIRE USERS:  After your unzipped the LASTCALL.ZIP file in your
                 SPITFIRE directory, run LASTCALL /SETUP to enter
                 your desired ANSI & ASCII screen path & filenames.
                 
                 Run LASTCALL in your SFINIT.BAT file.
                 If you put LASTCALL on the last line of your SFINIT.BAT,
                 you will be able to see who the last caller was while
                 Spitfire is waiting for the next call!

                 That's it!

v1.1 Now aborts if DOOR.SYS is not found so you don't get a blank screen.
     Also LASTCALL /NW (No Write) will show the last call info without
     writing the screens.
